MDW Rewards Program

The Customer Loyalty Program is designed to reward customers for their individual purchases. Based on the amount they spend on a single receipt determines how many “points” they will receive and be able to redeem on their next visit. This program applies to all customers, however they must provide us with their name, address and email.  Items excluded from MDW Rewards are classes and clearance or discounted items.   MDW Dollars are tallied and totaled  at the end of each business day, and are available for redemption by the customer the following day.

Customers accumulate MDW Dollars based on the subtotal of each receipt.  MDW dollars are rewarded as follows:

    $0 – 24.99 = no points
    $25 – 49.99 = $2.50 MDW Dollars
    $50 – 74.99 = $5.00 MDW Dollars
    $75 – 99.99 = $7.50 MDW Dollars
    $100 – 124.99 = $10.00 MDW Dollars

The ranges will continue in increments of 25 dollars, increasing by $2.50 for each range, with a maximum reward of $50.00 if a customer spends $500 or more. These ranges are based on the subtotal of the receipt, not the final tender.

The total points are kept track of automatically by MDW and do not expire at any time.  However MDW reserves the right to change schedule of rewards or any aspect of the program at anytime.  We will not however delete or remove accumulated dollars from any customers account at any time.  At no time are MDW dollars redeemable for cash.

You may redeem your MDW dollars on any items in the store except for Class and Crop fees, and sale or clearance items.  MDW also reserves the right to add specific merchandise to the exclusion or MDW dollars redemption.  If an item is excluded MDW will post notice next to the item in the store.
