We are kicking off this years event with:

Designer Roundtable v.2
Thursday, May 1st, 2008, 6 - 9pmAtc5

In January we held this event and it was so much fun!  Don't miss it! 

Each designer will be running a make and take ATC.  They will also have some of their favorite works on display in a special trunk show. We will have a few raffles, one of them being an ATC holder by 7 gypsies! Plus food, drinks and special sales throughout the evening.

Friday Night Carnival
May 2nd 6pm to midnight
$35

Come create the night away!  We have an 1 1/2  hour mini class scheduled plus raffles every hour until 10pm. Snack and drinks included. YOU know our mini classes rock so come play with us!

That's it all day and full of great side shows!  Mini classes, raffles and still plenty of time to do your own projects. Plus we included lunch and dinner (not Pizza!), ending with a chocolate pick me up in the wee hours of the morn!

Sunday Tent show
May 4th 10am to 5pm
free with friday & saturday or $15

Everyone wanted a three day getaway so here it is.  Spend the day finishing up projects and getting persoalized help from our staff.  We want you to leave with projects DONE! Today is BYOF.

We have such a great new team we wanted to give you a chance to meet them and check out their artistic flair.  Each designer will be running a make and take ATC which will be free.  They will also have some of their favorite works on display in a special trunk show. We will have a few raffles, one of them being an ATC holder by 7 gypsies! Plus food, drinks and special sales throughout the evening.

We have had a large response how the evening will work so here is the entire scoop!

On the main stage will be seven talented designers performing their own unique ATC make - n - takes.  Everyone who attends may sign up for 3 sessions!  This will assure us of having enough fun to go around.

You may call and sign up starting at April. 18th or drop in, each time slot we will fill 10 spots with "reservations" and leave 4 for drop ins. Each Session is 15 to 20 minutes long.  If you miss your session we will fill it with a drop in so get there early!

While your waiting for your reservation we will have some great demos going on at our demo bar, featuring all the great Tim Holtz and Ranger products. Plus we will have appetizers and drinks throughout the evening.

What a weekend!

Ok our first WishFest is over :(  we met so many awesome ladies this weekend, I want to put a big shout out to all the attendees we couldn't have had a funnier time (ok maybe if we had one more day together!)  Carol, Melodee, Janelle and Renee ALL rocked the house with awesome projects, every class was a new experience and everyone loved them ALL.  I will post photos later tonight and the kits will be on the website tomorrow if we have any left!

Last Minute News about WishFest!

We are taking last minute registrations! We decided to make a few extra kits for each class so spread the word!  Sunday Classes too!!!

All Classes will be available in the form as a kit after the event, first come first serve.  They range in price from $35 to $55 per kit.

I know there are a few of you out there kinda on the fence about coming to WishFest.  Take a look at the Project Previews  these classes are TOP notch!  we have about 10 spaces left come on join in we are looking forward to repeating this event every year so help us make it a success!

Online Registration is up!

Yeah we got it worked out!  We have spaces for both days  available but our Friday night crop is getting full.

Remember you will only be charged $50 at time of reserving your spot the balance will be due on September 8th and will be automatically charged to the same card given.   If you have questions please email me sheri@mydaughterswish.com  , post them here, or give us a call.

We have had alot of questions about the projects, I promise they will not disappoint and are very in line with  the quality and type of classes we normally hold.  I will post the previews as soon as I can :)
Also keep in mind our class sizes are SMALL compared to other events that have 50 to 100 women in ONE classroom we promise to have a great time and be able to talk to the teachers and really get inside their creative noggins!

We need to go back to the good ole' days and call us up!  If you get our answering machine please leave a message with your name phone# and which days you would like to sign up for, we have one person answering the phone and one person checking messages so your spot will be reserved until we get a hold of you or until tomorrow end of business day.

Welcome!

To our WishFest Blog...yea!!! I am so happy this is all becoming a reality.  Ok so this all started when Daniela came to me and said Sheri we should do this ScrapPink thing.  I said hmmm I have been wanting to do an event let me think about it.  A few months later it has definately grown into quite a promising little shin dig!  One thing I wanted to do is keep the class size small so each 2 hour class will have a max of 25 people in it!  I want us all to really get to know the teachers their inspirations, and motivations.  The projects we have planned range from mini albums to home decor to photography instruction. With one thing in common you will leave with them complete! (aside from photos) Just to do the math for ya on saturday we have 4 classes for a total of 7.5 hours of instruction! thats less then 25 per hour or 42 dollars a class!  PLus we have lots of goodies to give away from all our favorite companies!!!
I have just been finalizing all the projects with teachers and all I could keep thinking is maybe I could sit in on this one...lol!  We will have class descriptions up very shortly and sneak peeks up August 30th so stay tuned.
